Terms of Service

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OrderGo
• If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services
• You must be at least 18 years old to use OrderGo
• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Keep your contact information and account details up to date

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your account credentials with anyone. OrderGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you purchase a product on OrderGo, you are entering into a direct agreement with the seller. OrderGo provides the platform to facilitate this transaction and ensures a secure payment process.

We offer a 24-hour buyer protection period that begins once your order is marked as "delivered" (or, for pickup orders, once you confirm collection). During this period, you can raise a dispute if:

• The product is significantly not as described
• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

After the 24-hour period, funds are released to the seller unless a dispute is open. Reports made after this period may not be covered.

You agree to pay for the products you purchase through our available payment methods:

• Orange Money (No transaction fee)
• AfriMoney (No transaction fee)
• Credit/Debit Cards (No transaction fee)

You agree to provide accurate and complete descriptions of your products. You are responsible for:

• The quality, safety, and legality of the products you sell
• Accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Maintaining sufficient inventory levels
• Timely order fulfillment and packaging

OrderGo charges a 1% commission on each sale. This commission is held for 24 hours after the order is marked delivered (or collection is confirmed for pickup orders) to accommodate our buyer protection policy.

After the 24-hour holding period, and assuming no disputes have been raised by the buyer, your earnings (minus our 1% commission) will be available for payout. You can withdraw funds to your preferred payment method.

As a delivery agent, you are an independent contractor. You are responsible for:

• Safe and timely delivery of products to buyers
• Proper handling and care of products during transit
• Professional conduct with buyers and sellers
• Updating delivery status in real-time

Sellers may select you as their preferred agent, or you may be assigned as the default agent for deliveries in your area. You can accept or decline delivery requests based on your availability.

You will be paid for your delivery services after the 24-hour buyer protection period, assuming no disputes have been raised. OrderGo charges a 20% commission on delivery fees, which will be deducted from your earnings.

We partner with trusted third-party payment providers to ensure secure transactions. By using our platform, you agree to their terms and conditions.

All payments are held in escrow for 24 hours after delivery (or after collection for pickup orders) to protect both buyers and sellers. During this period:

• Buyers can raise disputes if there are issues with their order
• Sellers' funds remain secure but unavailable for withdrawal
• After 24 hours with no disputes, funds are released automatically

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party payment services. Please contact the payment provider directly for payment-related issues.

If a buyer raises a dispute within the 24-hour protection period, the following process applies:

• OrderGo will mediate the dispute between the buyer and the seller
• Both parties will be asked to provide evidence and documentation
• We will make a final decision in our sole discretion
• Decisions may result in refunds, partial refunds, or no action

If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to contact them directly to resolve the issue before escalating to OrderGo's dispute resolution process.

OrderGo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect
• Loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Issues arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform

OrderGo acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers, sellers, and delivery agents. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold, or for the actions of any platform users.

All content, features, and functionality on OrderGo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OrderGo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on OrderGo, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Please note that closing your account does not automatically cancel pending transactions or disputes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account poses a risk to other users or the platform
• You provide false or misleading information

• All laws and regulations of Sierra Leone
• Tax obligations related to your transactions
• Business licensing requirements if you operate as a vendor
• Consumer protection and fair trading laws

• We will post the new Terms on our platform
• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be changed
• For significant changes, we may notify you via email or platform notification
