At OrderGo, we believe in clear, straightforward pricing. Our commission structure ensures fair compensation for all parties while maintaining platform sustainability. All funds are held for 24 hours after delivery to protect buyers.
Transaction Fee: Completely Free
OrderGo does not charge transaction fees for buying on the platform. This is subject to change if our payment processors alter their fee structures.
OrderGo charges a commission on each successful sale to maintain and improve the platform:
Standard Rate: 1% per transaction
Deducted from vendor earnings after 24-hour hold period
Delivery agents also contribute to platform sustainability:
Standard Rate: 20% per delivery
Deducted from delivery earnings after 24-hour hold period
To ensure buyer satisfaction and reduce disputes, all payments are held for 24 hours after the order is marked delivered (for pickup orders, after the buyer confirms collection).

When vendors and delivery agents withdraw their earnings from the platform, a small processing fee is charged:
Withdrawal Fee: 1% of withdrawal amount
This fee covers payment processing costs and ensures secure, reliable transfers to your bank account or mobile money wallet.
The withdrawal fee is automatically deducted from your withdrawal amount:
