Payment Information

Payment method, transaction status, and other records needed to process an order. When you pay by card in the OrderGo mobile app, the card fields are entered directly into our secure hosted payment provider. OrderGo does not receive, store, or have access to your raw card number, CVV, or expiry date.

Order Information

Purchase details, vendor information, order history

Delivery Information

Delivery addresses, delivery preferences, special instructions

Location Information

With your permission, the mobile app may use your precise location to fill a delivery address, calculate delivery, or show nearby products. We do not share your exact device location with sellers.

Communications

Messages, customer-support requests, reviews, disputes, product listings, and any photos or other content you choose to upload

Device & Usage Data

IP address, browser type, pages visited, interaction patterns

Mobile App Notifications

If you allow notifications, we process a push token and device/session identifier to send order, delivery, and message updates. You can change this permission in your device settings.

  • With Legal Authorities: Comply with legal requirements or respond to valid government requests
  • With Service Providers: Share with trusted partners who help operate our platform (hosting, analytics, support)
