  • City/Town (e.g., Freetown, Bo, Kenema)

  • Phone number for delivery contact

How to add your address:

  1. Go to your Profile or Settings
  2. Click "Delivery Addresses"
  3. Click "Add New Address"
  4. Start typing your address - select from the suggested locations
  5. Add any additional details (apartment number, landmarks)
  6. Save your address

When your order arrives:

Once your order is delivered, you have 24 hours to inspect your items. If something is wrong (wrong item, damaged, or not as described), you can raise a dispute and we'll help resolve it.

Delivery times vary by location and vendor. Most orders within Freetown are delivered within 12-24 hours. Orders to other cities may take 2-5 days. You can track your order status in real-time from your account.
What if I receive the wrong item?expand_more
You have 24 hours after delivery to raise a dispute. Go to your order details and click "Report Issue". Our support team will review your case and work with the vendor to resolve it - either through a replacement, return, or refund.
Can I cancel my order?expand_more
Yes! You can cancel your order before the vendor marks it as "Ready for Pickup". Once it's ready for pickup or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, go to your order details and click "Cancel Order".
